Privacy

Anonymous use. You can plan a meetup without an account. Addresses you enter are sent to OpenStreetMap's geocoder and routing servers to compute the midpoint and travel times — they aren't tied to your identity.

Shared groups. When you share a meetup link, your travelers' addresses, names, and the venue you're considering are stored on our servers so other group members can join, vote, and react. The link itself acts as the access token — anyone with the link can view and edit the group.

Accounts. Sign-in is optional and powered by Clerk. If you sign in, we store the email and profile fields Clerk provides, plus a list of meetups you've created or joined so you can revisit them.

Third parties. Map tiles and venue data come from OpenStreetMap. Routing comes from the open OSRM project. Authentication is handled by Clerk. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Cookies. We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember the meetup you're currently in. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
